Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the permitted and prohibited use of the Relay Pilot platform (the "Platform"), operated by New Horizon Code PTY LTD (ABN 61 634 659 804) trading as Relay Pilot ("we", "us", "our").

This AUP forms part of, and is incorporated into, the Terms of Service. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP.

You may use the Platform solely for lawful, legitimate business purposes, including:

• Managing customer or internal support requests
• Receiving and responding to tickets created via web or email channels
• Communicating with users, customers, or staff in a professional manner
• Operating workflows consistent with the Platform's intended functionality

All use must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.

You must not, and must ensure that your Users do not, use the Platform to:

3.1 Unlawful or Harmful Activities

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order
• Facilitate fraud, deception, or impersonation
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or defame any person or entity
• Distribute or promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination

3.2 Security and Platform Abuse

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data
• Circumvent authentication, rate limits, or security controls
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform without authorisation
• Introduce malware, viruses, worms, or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

3.3 Email and Messaging Misuse

• Use email ingestion or ticketing features to send or process spam
• Send bulk unsolicited communications
• Use the Platform for phishing or social engineering
• Process emails not lawfully obtained or intended for your organisation
• Misrepresent the origin, identity, or intent of communications

3.4 Content Restrictions

• Upload or process content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Store or transmit misleading, deceptive, or false information
• Upload content containing obscene or offensive material
• Use the Platform to store or process sensitive personal data outside its intended use

3.5 Automated or Excessive Use

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Platform without authorisation
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform
• Engage in usage patterns that unreasonably degrade service performance

3.6 Misuse of Artificial Intelligence Features

Where AI-assisted features are available, you must not:

• Rely on AI outputs as professional, legal, or technical advice
• Use AI features to generate misleading, harmful, or unlawful content
• Attempt to manipulate AI systems in a way that circumvents safeguards

All AI-assisted outputs must be reviewed by a human before use.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all Users understand and comply with this AUP
• Maintaining appropriate internal policies and training
• Promptly addressing misuse by Users
• Immediately notifying us of any suspected breach or misuse

You remain liable for all activity conducted under your Account.

We may, but are not obligated to:

• Monitor usage of the Platform to ensure compliance
• Investigate suspected violations of this AUP

If we reasonably believe that this AUP has been violated, we may take action including:

• Issuing warnings
• Restricting functionality
• Suspending or terminating Accounts
• Removing or disabling access to Content
• Reporting unlawful activity to relevant authorities

We are not liable for any loss arising from enforcement actions taken in good faith.

Reports should include sufficient detail to allow investigation.

We may update this AUP from time to time.

Updated versions take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.

This AUP should be read in conjunction with:

• Terms of Service
• Privacy Policy

In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms of Service prevail.

This AUP is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

The courts of Queensland have exclusive jurisdiction.
